Donations of Texas Instruments TS-83 (about $107 each) or higher graphing calculators or Casio FX115ES (about $18 each) scientific calculators are needed for 48 high school students. All MorningStar donations in September will go towards the purchase of these items!

PAST EVENTS AND PROJECTS FOR KIDS:
Film Summer Camp 2006: Camp allowed students to learn the difference between everyday make-up and theatrical make-up and the varied techniques used in application and design. After learning the tricks of the trade, students applied their new-found knowledge in the making of their film Recess. Spring Film Camp 2006: Camp allowed student to learn the basics of film making and they produced the short: Casey at the Bat. MorningStar's commercial starring 40 kids, from 9 different cultural backgrounds, came together to make our 1st commercial in the winter of 2006 All videos are available for sale on DVD.
